  • Your subscription is attached to the account you're signed in as. You can pay with any credit card or PayPal account — the email on your PayPal account does not need to match.
  • Paying with a PayPal account under a different email? That's fine. If your PayPal email is not the same as your My-Rx email:
    • The subscription still belongs to your My-Rx account, and the subscriber features follow that account, not the PayPal one.
    • Sign-in codes and My-Rx notices go to your My-Rx email; PayPal's receipts and billing notices go to your PayPal email.
    • Sign in to My-Rx with your My-Rx email (not your PayPal email) to see or cancel the subscription here. You can also cancel it in your PayPal account under Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments.
    • Using a PayPal email does not create a second My-Rx account or a second subscription.
  • Payments are processed securely through PayPal.
  • You can cancel anytime from this page once the trial or subscription is active.
  • If you cancel the paid subscription, you keep full access through the end of the current billing period.
